About Leslie Sapp

A long-time Ann Arbor resident, Leslie’s love and knowledge of the city is deep and extensive. Having raised three children with husband John in Ives Woods, she and her family have experienced firsthand all that the area’s elementary, middle school and high school have to offer, plus the many athletic teams, clubs and theater programs.

 

Leslie and her husband have renovated, built, flipped, and purchased half a dozen homes and Leslie knows exactly what it’s like to be both a buyer and a seller. Each scenario carries its own set of needs, and Leslie is well-versed in both. So, whether you are looking for your first home, a larger home to grow into with your family, the perfect place for downsizing, or an investment property, Leslie has the experience to help you do so successfully.

 

Selling? Presenting your house in a way that makes it shine and highlights all of its best features is a big part of Leslie’s skill set. As a former retail sales + visual display professional, creating beautiful spaces and captivating product presentations in both apparel and home design was key to capturing and maintaining sales for Leslie. With hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, selling has become second nature.

 

In addition to Leslie’s career in sales and visual design, she has been a fitness professional, teaching both group and one-on-one clients for the past 15 years. Her commitment to helping people reach their fitness goals with smart programming and focused training translates well to the detailed work and end-goal focus needed to match a buyer with their perfect home.

 

In her free time, you can find Leslie working at the Leyla shop where her love for retail continues. She finds joy in helping customers and friends find gifts, apparel and beautiful design accessories that make their homes feel special.
